Füllung&lt;br /&gt;1 Bund Petersilie, 4 Zwiebel, grüne Paprika, 1 kg Rinderfaschiertes&lt;br /&gt;Salz, Pfeffer, Rotes-Paprikagewürz (scharf)&lt;br /&gt;Teig: 1-2 Stücke Würfelzucker, 1 Würfel Trockenhefe, 1/8 Milch&lt;br /&gt;lauwarmes Wasser, 1 kg Mehl; Butter od. Mit Salz, Pfeffer und Chilligewürz würzen und durchkneten.  &lt;br /&gt;Rezept: &lt;br /&gt;Hefe und Zucker in Wasser auflösen. Milch dazugeben. Eine Schicht Mehl auf die Oberfläche schütten. Salzen und etwa 10 Min. stehen lassen -bis die Hefe aufgegangen ist. Noch Wasser zugeben und umrühren. Nach und nach Mehl zugeben und wieder alles Kneten dann eine halbe Stunde rasten lassen.  Kleine Stücke mit dem Messer abschneiden und zu kleinen Kugeln formen. &lt;br /&gt;Für das Bestreichen der Pide etwas Butter und Sonnenblumenöl in der Pfanne schmelzen.&lt;br /&gt;Den Teig rollt man am Bequemsten auf einem großen Tisch aus. Die vorbereiteten Kugeln erst in Mehl wenden und dann mit dem Nudelholz ausrollen. Den Teig so dünn ausrollen wie es geht. Die Hälfte des Teiges mit einem EL Füllung bestreichen und zuklappen. Die Ränder festdrücken und in gefetteter Pfanne ausdrücken. Man nimmt besser eine Teflonpfanne mit Deckel, damit es nicht anbrennt.
